-Rewrite small php mysql script-

I have a small php mysql script that allows me to upload a CSV file and then creates multiple permutations of the first and last name until it matches it with a column called email. Once it does so it saves an email format in the DB.

Right now the script handles about 2500 records at a time and I would like to rewrite it using a framework so that it is more efficient and can handle the following:

1) Remove the manual search (keep just CSV upload and metrics)section

2) In CSV permutations I need font to be very small and inside a table that I can sort and see those that I get NO MATCH found to find what happened. Use datatables for this

3) the csv upload should let me also have a column called Company_name that needs to be saved to the DB (whenever I have this information)

4) some permutations add an extra .com at the end which automatically makes them a non-match. Need to debug this

5) in Metrics remove the 2 sections on top called Total number of domains in DB + Top 10 match patterns and put these 2 section in a new page that we will call Metrics 2

6) In Metrics 2 instead of listing top 10, I would like to see a list of all available patterns. In that same table I would like to see the total number of domains that use each pattern as well as the total number of emails using each pattern
