Retail inventory Mobile POS system

We are a Wireless Accessory company, one of our divisions works with gas stations and convenience stores. We need a pos sales inventory system, that we can use and setup multiple reps with login info.

When a new store is added, we go in and set them up on net 30 terms or they pay for the products that day. When adding the store, they are given a name, location, owner, contact info, start date, refill date 30 or 60 days.

When we go to a store, we need to be able to select the state, the city or zip code or have the option to give a store number to look it up easier. Once store is selected it would show what we left previously the product and the quantity, we would select one of the product it would say quantity left quantity on hand. We would type in how many there is, example lets say we left 50 travel chargers, now there is 20. So we would type in 20 system would say 30 sold and save it, then go to next product. At the end the system will calculate how many products was sold and what is owed to us, if its our first time at the store and they are net 30, they would sign on inventory agreeing they pay us in 30 days for what they sold, if they are not new then they pas us that day. If the store isn't net 30 they pay for the inventory we leave.

We need a system that will let us add employees, set employees permissions, add or setup new stores, select whether it's Net 30 or Pay that Day, can calculate and show what Is owed. If the client is a Net 30 then they will have 30 days to pay for their products, so we leave inventory and in 30 days we get a reminder to go back out to refill the store. Once were there we count inventory to find what was sold then collect payment for what was sold and refill the store, so system would need to be able to know what we left, what was sold, subtract and at the end after all products are done tell us what is owed if in a state with Warehouse we collect Taxes and after payment is taken manager at Store and rep with us dropping off accessories sign.

If it's a new store on Net 30 we don't collect anything until the next time we refill it

If the store is not a net 30 they pay for what we leave there and would need to know what products are on the shelf currently, what we leave and pay for products we leave.

Needs to be simple, secured, and easy to use with option to add products, check where reps are and assign reps to certain stores.

On a new store we register them and if Net 30 they must agree to our terms and conditions, which basically states. We are given the store the products on a Net 30 term, what is sold must be paid in 30 days.
