I am looking for a conversion of a SOAP API into a REST API query. The SOAP API is this one [login to view URL] . I am currently only interested in search Contacts (Page 67) of the above API for phone numbers. In effect I am hoping to hit the Rest API with http://API/number and have it query the SOAP API (against Phone/MobilePhone) and then return the first ID of the contact in the response.
