I used to manually code HTML3, CSS1, and Flash, way back in the 1990s, so I can speak the language. :)
I also do my own graphics work.
I'm a researcher who loves to learn, so the more information that I have to work with, the better!
I did a mockup (*2) in SquareSpace, based on their Pacific theme (*1), which I REALLY like. Most of the content is on one page, and each "page" is of course just an anchor section, with a different style and layout.
I also created a dynamic form (*3) on [login to view URL]
I like clean efficient code, and find that almost every builder injects, or used to inject, 80% unnecessary code.
As with my consulting service, it's about spending the least amount of money over the longest period of time. BUT, once this website is bringing in business, I hope to turn that business into an organization of experts who can help consumers find the best products, from the best companies, at the best price. I hope that this will be an amazing opportunity for the web developer that I chose. Someone who is passionate about being the best, and believes in investing in the long term.
I have not yet registered a domain, or leased hosting. Before investing in anything, I want to talk to my developer about my choices, and any other possible options I hadn't considered. I won't divulge the domain name, but my primary choice for a webhost is [login to view URL]
What I need:
1. A clean, responsive website, that looks like my creation in SquareSpace(*2), that can easily be added to, by me, with InMotion's standard WordPress / BoldGrid (unless there's a better option). An always visible menu header, with share links always visible in the header or small footer. MAYBE, a dynamic image that displays a variable of the cost of my services, that I can edit quickly.
2. Shareability of my website by visitors in every reasonable way, email, Facebook, linkedin etc..., and if possible, cell phone text message. [login to view URL] results is a good example of share options. [login to view URL] Reply buttons also have links for gmail, yahoo, hotmail, not just installed email programs.
3. Integration with Facebook including a StaticIFrame page that will load into my Facebook page tab.
4. A form similar to the one that I created on SurveyGizmo that can also be added to and edited by me, with buttons, sliders, check boxes, etc. A dynamic form is preferred, but not if it will be cost prohibitive. Form results sent to me when the paypal form is complete, and payment is made.
5. Paypal payment.
BID SEPARATELY:
6. BID SEPARATELY: Paypal Parallel / Adaptive Payment system, where affiliates (like Amazon) can create an account, and receive a commission for every paying client, that can be split with a client as a discount in the URL link to my website. ie. The affiliate gets a $20 commission, which they can choose to split with clients, $10 in commission $10 discount deducted from the price of my services, or $15 in commission & a $5 discount, adjustable on their affiliates page.
7. BID SEPARATELY: Facebook integration, where visitors can login with Facebook to create an account, connected with their Paypal payment, and view a members only section of the website.
Once the website is bringing in clients, and making money for my services, I will have more work for my developer, where cost won't be a major factor.
Please include completed project links, and any ideas or thoughts you have.

As I do for my clients; for this first project, I'm looking at the best choices, with the lowest long term costs.
