I have an excel Purchase Requisition Form and would like to create small program for people to generate PR's other than completing mere excel sheet. I also need to set up a delegation of authority for managers to authorise the Requisition... so when the requisition is submitted, it goes automatically to the next level to authorise.... Please let me know if it's something you can do so we can go through the details. Here attached the excel form. Thanks

hello there ^^ I'm delphi software developer actually I used to deal with similar jobs just like the one you have mentioned ^^ I used to make database driven applications using the latest engines and using the most used DBMS and regarding to generating reports I used to deal with fast reports to do that ^^ and for authorization if it is online yes we could do it using delphi built in components ^^ anyway just provide me with more info and I will do my best ^^ best regards

You could make a small online web application for that, and let your staff/customers fill out (or process) the PR form according to their access level (ie requisitioners, procurement, finance, senior management etc.). A data-base would be good to also keep historical records and provide stastics. Such a web site would be responsive and accessible from any internet connected device.
