RentalMate - Adding New Property

1 Add New Property RentalMate allows multiple ways to add new properties. 1.1 Airbnb 1. With the Airbnb email, password and OTP, fetch the property list and show on the UI. 2. Follow the 1.4 for the following steps. 1.2 Guesty 1. With the Guesty email and password, fetch the property list and show on the UI. 2. Follow the 1.4 for the following steps. 1.3 RentalsUnited 1. With the RentalMate email and password, fetch the property list and show on the UI. 2. Follow the 1.4 for the following steps. 1.4 Common 1. User is able to check which property to be added to the RentalMate system. 2. User must select the corresponding Landload from a dropdown. 3. User is able to select different action from a dropdown. The default value should be “Create new property”. The dropdown contains all the properties. For example, if the database has Property A and Property B, the action dropdown should have “Create new property”, “Merge to Property A”, and “Merge to Property B”. 4. After the user selected everything, the SAVE button will be enabled and allow the user to click. 5. Once the user is clicked on the SAVE button, the record will be saved to RentalMate database. 6. If the user selected “Create new property”, a new record will be inserted to property, property_account and upsert to account table. 7. If the user selected “Merge to XXX”, property_account will be inserted.
