REA XML Wordpress connection for real estate website - developer

To develop webapp fro uploading REA XML file from CRM to WordPress CMS A cron to be setup for automatic scheduling of the process. The import process can run in the prescribed times. The webapp to connect two websites from the CRM (business brokerage site, realestate site) Questions: a. What is the CRM that is used to connect?
