Hello I am expert developing live streaming and cctv system. Iam very familar with such thecnologies. At end I am litle confuse because no clear if you are including android app on this project too. Regarding to feeds delay it cannot be handle on mobile device, I dont believe that such processor and RAM are able to handle this hard video processing. Anyway lets to talk Regards
