Project for evaluating PHP API implementation

We would like to collaborate with company that has experience with *travel projects*. THE PROJECT You are required to check the provided documentation about the XML API (Europcar). We need an API in JSON that will utilize a full search with all supported parameters and return results in JSON format. The user should file a POST request via your application API call. The application should validate: Locations (drop-on/off) via relative Europcar call Dates and times car category Language It should return in JSON the europcar API response that will contain at least: Name Description Insurance Daily price Full price for all dates searched Taxes Currency. Important Note: you are required to make all validations regarding country and utlize locations via Europcar to cross reference the input with allowed/existing Europcar locations. Keep it simple and clean. Your application should be written in PHP7.2 We value: Clean modern code structure Use of PSR-2 Use of OOP and DRY logic targeting into performance Use PHPdoc for commenting and referencing your code, also extract automatically a documentation from your classes/functions . Its important for us your company has engineers that are familiar with MVC frameworks and high performance coding, (even better if you used to Phalcon, Slim or similar frameworks). Also the working knowledge of C++ and BOOST or QT is a big advantage. We want to find a company with experience in travel projects with REAL examples of previous work, with many employees and continue later on monthly projects that we will be paid per developer So we need a bid for this project and in your description what would be the monthly cost to work with us. We would appreciate if we can see some code examples of your work in any languages. We mostly care for examples about applications written in PHP, C++ or even Elixir, Go or Python.
