Programming of cloud based system

System modification and enhancement This project builds on an existing program. The existing system is currently operational and utilizes a mySql database. The new design, including data entry screens, database table layout, and system modification is completed and will be provided. The existing program does the following: Displays a transparent background overlay video (webm video format) and a time delayed call-to-action overlay button over a client’s existing web page by executing a short JS script that has been placed in the header of the client’s webpage. The object of this project is (1) to separate the overlay call-to-action button system and create a simple member system that is Id and password protected (2) to add the capability of displaying an overlay aweber/getresponse form instead of the call-to-action button (3) to create a good looking GUI member site (all the design and layout of the member data entry screens, field interaction with the database, and database table layouts will be provided) (4) the current system coding needs to be reviewed and possibly re-written to better accommodate the member screens (4) within the existing coding structure the Bootstrap CSS design framework has been used and needs to be eliminated and replaced (5) currently the overlays do not display properly using the Samsung browser and certain WordPress themes. The system needs to be corrected to more universally display the overlays properly. (6) The system needs to be very responsive to mobile users. If you are interested and have the capabilities to accomplish the above task please give an initial estimate of your fixed fee. If selected as one of the finalists I will provide the complete detailed program design and you will be able to adjust your bid if you feel it is necessary. Note: the above is really a complete system design with screen and database layouts provided. If you do adjust your bid there will need to be a good reason. All code is to be provided and I will provide full access to a cpanel account for delivery of the system. I will retain all copyright, process, and design layout rights and confidentiality on your part is expected. Upon acceptance I will escrow the agreed upon fee to be released upon project completion and passing of final testing. I need the whole project completed… partial work does me no good. I am providing complete functional design specs and layouts… I need you to do the coding.
