Php Video Creator Submitter script

I need a video creator that runs on my Server that creates video slides like these.

The type of video it creates must be whiteboard style. with hand and pen writing and swiping images.

The script must be multi user, each user can create their own videos and add credentials to submit to sharing websites.

Once videos are created, Users will then Submit to the following websites,

youtube, dailymotion, MetaCafe,
