PHP side coding for Twilio Rest API and php environmental variables

Need someone familiar with Twilio's Rest API -- Need php code to use Rest to get available numbers based on area code, purchase the number, set up sub account and move purchased number. All of these processes are available in Twilio's Rest. The area code and sub account can be hard coded, later will be replaced with session information.
Finally, need to setup environmental variables on linux to hide account IDs and tokens.
