This is what I need. I need a web portal for online writing service. If you have a ready one I can buy it. But if you can develop one, then bid on this project. It will have the following panels
1. Admins panel
Hires, fires, promotes writers
Received orders from clients
Assigns writers
Monitors progress of orders
Can monitor communication between writers and clients
Can post orders from admin panel
2. Writers
Bids on available orders
Works and delivers completed orders
Chats with admin and client directly
3. Clients
Can post orders
Chats with admin and writers directly
Approves completed orders from writers or ask for revision
More info will be sent later on specifics but generally those are the functionalities I need
