I need to launch a simple script (with Google Script or PHP) which can update all signatures of people of a domain name with HTML info and personal info. Some info in signature are common (logo, small legal tex, web site os company and some info need to from the person : First name, last name, Email, mobile phone, direct line..)

Hi, the strategy to customize email signatures depends entirely on how you send out your email ? Will this email be all sent out through a program on your server, or do you use email service that needs to be customized further ?
