Developing a C# Application to perform Webscraping to collect data from predefined website.
The website domain name will be mentioned to the selected bidder. He needs to submit, via his C# Desktop application, url to the browser, which could be IE or Chrome, and then visit the page there to simulate clicking downward arrow to download the csv file I need, as the url is submitted to the browser.
Do it such that I can submit a long list of such urls to the browser, one at a time, so that means one file downloaded at a time, and then so on until the last url and its excel file is downloaded ti my desktop. I have hacked their browser url. You just need to take it from me, and build it into your C# Desktop application.
Milestones are kept until project is delivered complete to client. No early upfront release.
Only 50% milestone can be created upfront once through demo, developer proves that on developer's PC he can do parts (i)-(iii), and pending parts (iv)-(v) still.
Once the Build is Assembled on my PC via Teamviewer or Ultraviewer, then remaining 50% milestone is also uploaded to developer's account. Means developer will be given TeamViewer or UltraViewer access to build the App on my PC. After final testing of the Build to be fine on my PC, then all the 2 separate 50% milestones will be released to programmer. This is to ensure the build will work on my desktop and not screw up, nor cork up when launched into operation.
This milestone conditions above are pre-specified before project begins.
