I need a tool to bulk copy text from .TXT file to .PHP files

Everything is clear except how you wish to add files for processing. Will it be from some list of files, or you wish to choose folder with php files and txt files, or you'll create list of php and txt files inside application (by adding files to php and txt lists)? Thanks for reading my proposal.

A very simple job. I am willing to do this for $18. I will be able to do this with Python in a short amount of time and without using non-builtin libraries.

This will be a really easy task. I will give you a working script which will replace first occurrence of [TEXT-HERE]. You'll need to ensure that there is only one occurrence of [TEXT-HERE] in your files. I am thinking that we can provide the script with an input directory and it will copy content from all txt files to php files of same name. Please, let me know your thoughts.
