NEED EXPERT Hybrid App Developer for a proximity deals app / design, frontend and backend admin.

EverGoto Specs: We need an experience mobile hybrid app developer to design/build a geo location proximity deal app with sms push notification and intuitive wish list sharing to other user or send to email or sms messages will have similar functionality as this [login to view URL] app. This is the only competitor, so we have to be a lot better. 1. Hybrid apps (Android, iOS, Windows, Watch etc...) 2. Full App UI/UX design and build out. 3. Backend design and build (merchants will be able to add multiple deals and how many times a user can redeem the deal coupon) 4. Report making functionality (users and merchants will have detailed analytics) 5. Push notification system (users will get push notifications on mobile device from merchants, merchants will be able to send custom notifications for certain users that meet certain criteria like if they used xx amount of their coupons xx amount of times etc...) 6. We will need Admin Dashboard, Merchant Admin dashboard, Users Admin Dashboard to edit their accounts. 7. Geo location functions (users will be able to see were the deals are located) 8. Freemium Users (will be able to redeem deals, create wish list, favorites list, set preferences like distance, type of deals, price ranges etc...) 9. Paid Users (will be able to see stats on how many deals redeemed, how much they save in a certain period of time etc...) 10. Merchants (will be able to see stats on how any deals redeemed by users, a list of users that redeemed the deal, the number of times and date the deals were redeemed, and we will add more features in future updates.) 11. Super Admin (will be able to view info of all merchants and users, along with data etc...) 12. Users must be able to login in with Facebook or Google+ OPTIONAL FOR BETA VERSION: 13.
