Make a few simple customizations to the look of my blog posts.

I have a simple project to update (or customize) the look of my blog posts. My updates or customizations are simple and shouldn't take long for an experienced web developer to do. The project requires are: Notes: a) My blog url is: [login to view URL] b) These requirements are for blog posts only (not the website pages). 1. On the blog list page, I added a plugin to remove the blog posts metadata such as blog dates and author. Please add the blog creation date just above the blog title on the [login to view URL] page. As an example, I have another website that uses a different theme and the blog pages are just the way I want them. So, please make the blog post creation date appear just above blog title as it appears in this example from another one of my sites: [login to view URL] 2. When you click on a blog post and view the post (or article) itself, the title of the blog is not displaying. Reference the following link: [login to view URL] I would like the title to show up as the first thing on the single post page in H1. I would also like the blog post's creation date to be just below the title. After that the featured image should display (which I had to add yet another plugin to get the featured image to display on single blog post entries. The following is an example of how I would like it to look from another one of my websites that uses a different theme: [login to view URL] That's it. Hopefully this is a very simple project and will take less than an hour for an experienced web developer. In summary, my requires are: A. Please add the blog post creation date above the blog post on the blog list page: [login to view URL] This would be just below the featured image and above the title. B. Please add the blog post title (in H1) and the blog creation date (in H4 or H5) as the first two items when someone reads the blog post itself: [login to view URL] This would be just above the featured image which I included via a plugin.
