Magento 2 - Updates, maintenance & bug fixes

Since the moment we hired a company to build our new Magento shop we're running into communicating and work-related issues with the guys we are currently working with.
Recently we've moved to a new hosting partner for better performance, and basically, that's where the issues started. Not so much with the performance, but with the developers pointing fingers when there are issues at the hosting, hosting pointing fingers at the plugin developers from my bookkeeping software, and so on.
Mistakes can be made when building software, I've been working in web development for 20 years, and I have no problems with that. It's part of developing.
What I do have a problem with is my current developer, who I just pay a fixed hourly fee, telling me he won't look further, as it is not his plugin.
Currently, I'm having a few issues on our website:
- Speed.
- Cron issues. My invoice is not transferred to my bookkeeping software.
- The console gives me a lot of faults which can't be healthy in general.
I'm a UX/UI designers and content specialist at heart and don't have enough knowledge to work on the tech side of Magento 2.
Currently, I'm looking for someone that can help me identify problems in our current website and advice on how to fix them.
On the long term, I'm looking for someone that can general Magento 2 maintenance as well as updates on the core and plugins.
