Hello, Infrastructure engineer and DevOps here, A quick check on the site shows that you are running Apache and not nginx, and that cache ag compression are not fully activated on your server. Though apache has more module and more easy to setup, nginx is much faster and uses far less resources than apache, this could have a great impact on site speed. i could also take a look at the database config and optimize it for you. regarding cron jobs its also doable.
