Our company has a problem with its magento site. The Media Storage page lost the Browse Files button. A freelance developer replaced the button but it does not allow us to upload the file and it does not seem to be configured the same way as the old button was configured. We have been working on converting all http: to https: and that may have originally caused the issue before the freelancer starting working on the site.

I guess this guy you hired dont know Magento but still tried to fix your issue and did this even you did convert http to https. Do you have a recent backup before he touched files? i need to know which files he changed? if you dont know or if he cant help you then i will look into it. I need ftp and cpanel and magento admin login access. Individual developer here to help you. Discuss with me and message me please.
