We are searching for a License Plate Recognition system based on PHP and C Language. C Language: - Will recognize the license plate with help of RTSP output from the camera so it will be live camera. - Will check in the database if there is a car in the SQL registered for the company if the Access is still valid and if the time-out time is expired. - Will then send a API request to our main system so we can send a Telnet/TCP message to our customers PC that will open the gate. Website base: Customer: - Who came in who goes out with pictures that where taken from the car by entering and leaving. - Set time-out options for entering and leaving so people don't gonna drive in circles or let other people in. - Set evening lock so they can say people only can enter or leave the terrain between. Employee's from our company: - Add a new LPR system for a new customer. - Login to a customer's dashboard to look and help. - read out errorlogs coming from the application (LP not allowed ETC). Our requests: Everything from above. Multi company. CPU low usage. SAFETY - safety is a big thing for us because we will also use this for people's property and therefore we need to be 100% sure people can't use a printed on paper license plate but only real ones.
