Looking for Skilled WordPress developer

Hello, I have two WordPress themes that I'd like some modifications done to make one custom theme out of It. This is for highly skilled WordPress developers with a good history of WordPress projects. Work required: 1 . Restrict Content (we need to restrict the contact information until the monthly fee is paid). There is a plug-in for this, so no custom coding needed for this. 2. Add custom fields when signing up as a worker. 3. Allow employers to post jobs for workers to apply to. (For reference please look at onlinejobs.ph. We don't want the upwork or freelancer model. No commissions, nor bids). Just a job posting and workers apply to that job. Much like a normal job board site 4. Workers get email notifications about job positions based on their skills 4. Change custom fields and add additional filters to the main filter 5. When the month is over employers cannot longer access contact information of workers. (Probably could use the restrict plug-in) 6. Live chat software for communication between employer and worker 7. Star rating on worker profile (workers can rate their skills with a star system) 8. English test skills. Similar to freelancer.com's English skill test and add the score of the test after the worker took the exam to their profile. 9. Add an option to bookmark employs (so they don't have to look all over the site to find the one they liked in a previous search) Please only serious bidders.
