Looking for Experienced Programmer to Work on a new Cryptocurrency Coin

We are looking for an experienced programmer particularly skilled, knowledgeable and up to date in cryptocurrency space to work with. Coin we're going to work on is primarily Masternode focused with POW, POS and anonymous-related features. It will be utilizing up to date technologies and not be "just another" coin.
We already have top notch designer, marketer and manager on the team. $XX,XXX marketing budget, negotiator for listings on crypto exchanges and much more. We're looking for someone to supplement the team with their programming knowledge in making this a reality.
This is an ongoing project and hired programmer will be in charge of building the coin, managing github page and doing any programmer related work (mining pools, blockchain explorer, bugs, improvements).
If we hire YOU, you will be paid in fiat currency ($), afterwards, in % share of the coin being built, or if you want to be strictly fiat, we can also do that.
More can be explained and discussed in private.
Only serious programmer will be accepted after carefully reviewing and checking all the applicants due to nature of the project.
