Local Payment Exchange

Looking for someone to help us build our local exchange system based on Cyclos ([login to view URL]). Essentially, using libraries provided for APIs for new functionality. Our primary goal is to provide local loop payments (starting in the small market ). Of course, eventually we want to integrate to payment services including transport, POS, parking, etc. Things we feel we need done immediately, and look to your input and service, include (based on each and all networks set up in system): 1. In/Out Payments We must be able to fund internal accounts with money, either stored in a normal bank account or using credit/debit cards, and reimburse money to customers. The former will be based on either CC and/or bank transfers and the latter will be by bank transfer only. We should also be able to accept incoming ACH/bank details for processing. i.e. update of Cyclos. We’ve looked at a few apps. (open source) already that should help us with that: Kill Bill and Open ACH. There is an Paypal example you can find here: [login to view URL] With Kill Bill I believe one integration to system and multiple to any gateway/bank. It also perform recurring billing... We also look for the developer to make suggestions on best way forward. 2. Modify or Create a web template for this service. The current template is provided but I understand there Joomla/Word Press template that integrate? We’ve like a web presence that look like the default site; but easier to modify (CMS types just as we showed you for Brixton Pound). 3. Mifare or Queue Code for POS. The POS or cards module is almost complete. It will also provide a NFC component. This is important for us for POS and transport. I expect to tax delivery of sample cards module in the next day or so. Once I have, I’ll pass on. However, our challenge would be to quickly deliver the easier integration to POS (perhaps initially stand alone, then integrated). 4. Market (goods and server and advertisement. The application current has this, but again it become the question is we provide in a more integrated method using a more sophisticated module. We can discuss at some length. 5. P2p Payments. Help update mobile clients... This can be done from mobile app. We might want to review UI here and mimic any changes to website. 6. Cyclos Configuration Support. Any help you can provide in this respect would be an added bonus. Look forward to discussing once you’ve gotten through above and documentation.
