Linux script to generate a pdf from a URL

I need a script that i call like this:
#script <RBR>
the result is the download the pdf of the content of the url [login to view URL]<RBR>/ in english and in portuguese with the names:
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
you can use any language that i can run on ubuntu.
i already have a scrip that do this job but only in one language:
#phantomjs [login to view URL] '[login to view URL]' [login to view URL] 1200*600
the url is the same for english and portuguese... in the attached file you can see the button that we need to click to change the language;... but i need to do this automatically in this script
