We are a digital agency based in Melbourne, Australia. We are looking to work with someone (or a team) who has experience with designing and building high converting landing pages. Our client’s project is related to the real estate and property market (any experience in this area would be great, but not necessary). We are specifically looking at targeting Chinese population in Australia, so you will be working with both Chinese and English content writers. We prefer to work with Unbounced, but we are also open to other landing page creating platforms like ClickFunnels. So that we know you actually read our job description and didn’t just blindly apply for the job, please start your application with the phrase ‘I’m a ninja’. We certainly can make this project using Unbounded, but this platform loses when compare with Wordpress in performance and customization content. I also can suggest you some awesome free and premium templates that perfect. Our CMS has a great experience in WordPress. I’m a ninja I'm (also) Joe, and I can certainly complete your project. I'm skilled in web design and development and can work within (almost) any design and code restrictions you might have, including working with a specific platform like Unbounced, or create the landing page(s) from scratch. Lastly, working with Mandarin content isn't an issue, though I'd like to know what encoding you prefer if any. That being said, I'd like to have more information about the project before proceeding. Before I even bid, I usually take into consideration the possibility of the client needing any extra services, like logo design, custom graphics, stock photography, hosting, server space, etcetera. Most clients don't realize all their needs until they start talking with a developer, so starting a dialog would be a great.
