The following are the main list of enhancements we wish to implement on our existing CRM system ([url removed, login to view])
1. Allow more than one email addresses to be tagged to existing contact's email field OR having more than 1 email fields which system will use to send out emails.
2. Allow the option of disabling auto-filtering of duplicated email addresses at point of sending so that different contacts with the same email address will receive multiple emails.
3. Automate the processing of bounced email recorded in SendGrid back to CRM. Note some users in CRM are currently set to send out emails using SendGrid.
4. Re-present the Email Campaign Statistics that summarise the email status (opened, unopened, bounced) of contacts in a list and listing down the key fields of contacts who have opened, unopened, bounced.
5. Create a function to move contact from 1 contact list to another list
6. Purge old records.
7. Install new version
