We need a developer who has experience with the OTA XML protocol. We need to implement the OTA protocol in our php hotel booking engine. So basicly we need to setup a soap service to handle the request and then parse the xml. With the parsed data we need to update and check our mysql db and send a response via xml back to the ota api.
