Help us pass the Google "Mobile friendly" test ASAP!

Our web site ([login to view URL]) was hand-coded (no CMS) with PHP. It fails Google's "mobile friendly" test ("text too small to read", "links too close together", "mobile viewport not set", "content wider than screen")
I need the home page and a single "product page" made mobile friendly ASAP:
There is also a bunch of JS that makes the pages load slowly and if you can address that at the same time, that will make your bid all the more attractive.
You MUST provide current examples with the Google mobile-friendly link/test results showing examples of your work that pass that mobile friendly test in order to be considered (please don't waste your time and mine not providing those links or request a Skype chat or messaging before you provide those links... provide those links first in order to be considered and then if we need to discuss further, we can.)
I can't wait to see what you Freelancer experts from around the world can come up with!
Thank you, in advance, for your consideration and your bid, in advance.

To be clear, the ultimate goal is not just to have two pages that pass the Google mobile friendly test, but to ultimately have all of our pages Google mobile friendly.
My idea was to take the work that made those two key page examples I provided mobile friendly and to then roll out that same template to all of our other pages.
What makes far more sense is to describe this project as a CMS/responsive/mobile friendly "makeover" so we can feed the primary machine elements that currently feed our pages from our MySQL database into a CMS template/framework.
We have thousands of "machine"/product pages on our web site.
The bottom line is for every machine we have in our home page three dropdown "chooser" we serve up a separate "machine page".
Fundamentally, every page is the same and key elements are just merged into the page and then saved under the new machine name.
Over the space of 15 years we have added one new series of machines at a time.
When Canon, for example (which makes all of HP's laser printers, etc.), releases a new underlying machine "engine", that "engine" might appear in 10 - 30 models from Canon, HP, etc. and each of those models is what we refer to as a "machine page") we then add those machines to our lineup
As an example, if you need toner for a "machine" (printer, copier or fax machine) the HP (brand) Color Laserjet (series) CP1210 (model) is the "HP Color Laserjet CP1210" machine.
There are approximately 20 other "machines" with different model numbers that all share the same underlying Canon-made "engine" as you will see here:
http://www.tonerrefillkits.com/refill-products-list.php?sku=rx139
All of those pages for those machines listed will share the exact same products/supplies but the machines will vary slightly in terms of "bells and whistles".
Just like cars, Toyota makes Lexus and the engine/drivetrain, main components are the same in many Toyota cars and Lexus cars but the owner doesn't care about any of the other vehicles that share the same "guts", they only care about their Toyota Camry XLE (or whatever).
So, when we add a new ReChargX family (our brand) of supplies to address a new series released by the "engine" manufacturer we create the first "machine"/model page, then basically re-save that new first incarnation of that page for every other model in that series with a few manual modifications for that page before saving, the rest is pulled from entries we enter into our MySQL db that feeds that page)
This new Google mobile friendly page/CMS template will be then rolled out (by us or by the provider in a second stage/project) to all of our "machine" pages.
Our existing web site uses tables (very outdated, I know) to place the header, footer and left navigation/table of contents area.
The "meat" of the current pages (specifically the primary four sections (toner refill kits section, compatible cartridges section, OEM name brand cartridges section and EmptyX empty cartridges section) of the product page example I provided) are all coded using <div> tags.
I have created two mockups of what I want the mobile friendly home page and machine/product page to look like.
I will post more details as needed.
Thank you, everyone, for your interest.
Duane
