grocery delivery site bugs QA

I have a project that has been worked on for a long time. I have been QAing the site and have found several bugs in it that I need fixed. I need someone who is honest, fast & efficient! This project is long over due, due to developers taking way too much time past assigned deadline. I have been fixing some of these myself but do not have the skillset to finalize it. I have screenshot images to show the bugs. These are a few that I have found. They should be fairly easy if you are skilled in OpenCart. Please only serious people apply! To make it easier I have separated it into sections.

Checkout Section:

1. Add to checkout: <div class="blue-title" style="color:#bcbcbc;"><Br /><p> A 2.9 percent plus $0.30 per transaction fee is also applied for using PayPal. A service fee of $1.85 for qualifying cards, none qualifying cards $3.70 and $0.15 per transaction through Ignite payments. There is a $13.99 delivery fee.</p></div>

2. Add Confirm Order in orange to final checkout page

3. Add SSL

Global:

1. Add MailChimp extension to site on home page, welcome letter, & new registration

2. new account email (needs to be styled & working) I have HTML coded out already just needs to be implemented

3. Only have account section along the left side once logged in

4. Run image optimizer to reduce file size since the site is very image heavy

5. Make sure all responsive breaking points are correct

6. delivery map mobile map more optimized & responsive

7. delivery info page link to delivery map JS - [url removed, login to view]

8. delivery map footer no zip validation needs to link to the JS above

9. delivery details in checkout needs to say --> delivery rate

10. employment section and all fonts need to be the same "ubuntu" throughout the site

11. attach upload resume & cover letter in the employment section (? worth it)

12. downloadable orders (needed, point, can we delete?)

13. account address book --> needs to say delivery address since this is a delivery service

14. once logged in "sign in" button should be "sign out" (can't sing in again once already in)

15. how do I remove reward points? these are not needed

16. double check wish list button & add to cart buttons to all pages (it seems to be missing or button is messed up)

17. the tablet / mobile the categories section is now duplicated (meaning the drop down and the standard header). I had that fixed. It also only doesn't have the other main sections only has the grocery section once dropped down. This was fixed prior and I am not sure what happened.

18. Where can I change the check out "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO NEXT?" There are things I would like to remove in future but need to know where.
