I am requesting a programmer with experience in auto-responses to GMail. I am interested in creation of coding/add-on to automatically respond on my Gmail account to emails sent from a single sender (Station Casinos). This would require searching the HTML body of the email and selectively adding customized data to the HTML body then responding to the sender immediately. Experience with GMail add-ons/auto-responses is mandatory.
My current employer sends 1-3 mass weekly emails with job postings for the upcoming week to all of its employees. Those who respond quickest get the job, those who respond less quick do not get jobs. I find that even if I respond within 20 seconds of receiving this email, my delay is too long. It takes me about 10-20 seconds to manually type in the responses, and this is now too long.
I use a Gmail account. The emails sent by Station Casinos all come from the same sender and all have the same starting prefix on the subject line (POP-UP OC Schedule...). An example is: "POP-UP OC Schedule 6/11/18 through 6/17/18". Only the date changes in subsequent emails.
Each email contains a table (HTML) listing the date and time of each event (dinner, lunch or breakfast) in separate rows as well as a cell in each row in which I have to manually type "Yes". I would like to type "Yes" to all dinner (not lunch or breakfast) requests. Below the table is a line of text where I must manually type in my name and my employer ID.
After filling in these cells, I must reply to the sender and be ready for the next email from my employer to arrive. At the moment, I use my iPhone for most of my email.
In addition to creating these responses I would like to have the ability to turn the responses "on" and "off" such as when I am on vacation and not able to work.
Thank you very much for your help.
