Get my online forms working again

I was with a web host and then moved to my own server a few months ago and my forms were working ok. Gone back to my old host and now my web forms arent working. Need quick fix please.

Hey man, Do you have SSH access to the server? There could be a lot of different things wrong but more than likely it's server configuration related, not coding related. Regards, Gunni
