Get blockchain information in simple table

I need a developer who can create a proof of concept for getting some information from the Helium blockchain ([login to view URL])
The exact thing I need is like this:
1) I want a PHP script where I can add three wallet ID's
2) The script should now scan these wallets on the blockchain when I load a page and get the following information
- Recent witnessess; get hotspot name, location, reward scale and rssi
- Rewards: number of helium (HNT) per day (load each day with a day timestamp)
- Activity: show the type, details, time, block height

All information can be displayed in a simple table as I first like to see if you can get this information.
NOTE: I don’t need complete frameworks. Just a few simple PHP files that will do the job for this first phase.
NOTE: The scripts should work on Xampp. No linux machines or difficult stuff in the first place.
Based on the proof of concept I like to have your skills for a larger project that will build on this proof of concept information.
