Milestone #1: Admin account (no-signup), only login, uploading audio files to play at schedule date and time (schedule can be set as playing daily as well). If daily play checkbox enabled will repeat every-day at specified time. Milestone #2: Start live audio broadcast by enabling checkbox will pause the currently playing audio file. When the live broadcast checkbox is disabled will resume the paused audio file. Milestone #3: Only admins ability to make accounts for selected individuals to (a) Upload audio files (b) Record live audio using any smart device.
