Fix some database issues with website.

The website is a multi-user subscription website.
Had website redesign a couple of years ago and generally happy with the changes, however, had some "Help" to improve a few things and now there are the following issues which need fixed:
*Registration form sending notification to me but apparently not saving the info or creating the client's admin area so they are unable to log in.
*Those clients already registered unable to save text or image changes to their pages.
* Statcounter code insertion textbox - not working
* the search function on the home page not working
* my Admin News section isn't working
*the user contact forms seem to have a problem - they don't seem to be sending messages
plus a few other minor niggles.
