IT experience with windows 10 indicates this may be a hardware problem, I can send you recommended parts I suggest switching the PC to to increase: -boot time -processing speed I can also direct you to the nearest PC shop to install said parts, if necessary. u need to check the startup items ( items that startup when system boots) also u need to run a hardware diagnostics test on your system. you can google the steps of slow performance issues on windows 10 also you can reduce the file numbers on your desktop.
