Hi, I am experienced in Wordpress and speed optimization. I also have same issue with my site. It may be due to any plugin which is using too many resources. I can optimize your website for speed and find plugin or theme which is causing this issue. So you can disable that plugin, but if you cant disable then you will require higher server configuration.
