Finish to set up WordPress Framework

Our organization switched from a static to a Wordpress website and I need help to finish setting up the framework so that we can begin filling up the content. I am trying to have this ready for today, but I won't be able to work on this anymore and the following is still remaining: (domain is [login to view URL]) - Homepage slider doesn't work yet and the home page displays some "project" buttons on the top, that it shouldn't. - Theme Used is Colorlib. Forum is here: https://colorlib.com/wp/forums/search/footer+hover+links/ - There is a ";" that appears on every page right before the footer. Probably - Color Hover on bottom Footer Links needs to be changed from white to a darker gray or something that can be read. I changed the footer a:hover styles and it fixed the hoover widget links hover color, but these last ones are still remaining. - The site supports English and Spanish so Transposh Translation plugin was installed and configured. But the button to translate pages can only appear in widgets. It needs to appear on the main navbar or next to it on the right top side of the site so users can change language as soon as they enter. -Widget Logic plugin was installed. It needs to be configured so that different widgets appear on the menus of different pages. -There is no need to worry about the content for the menus or images on the slider, any placeholder is fine as long as we have the framework working. -If access to FTP is required I can provide so.
