Edit RSS feed (WordPress website), to make it work with Mailchimp's RSS campaign functionality

I need to automate a newsletter I distribute via Mailchimp. The automation is possible via Mailchimp's RSS funcionality, which fetches the newsletter content from the website's RSS feed. The feed itself needs to be edited as follows:
1. Add an image tag (which will make it possible to display images in the newsletter).
2. A "read on" text link, as well as a clickable image (an arrow icon) must be removed from the feed.
3. Two categories must be removed from the feed. Currently, posts from all categories are included in the feed (and thus fetched by Mailchimp).
