Direct mail marketing management and maintenance - Repost - open to bidding

We are a real estate investment company and are looking for someone with previous experience managing direct mail campaigns using [login to view URL] and www.gobigprinting.com. Responsibilities will include: *ordering of direct mail via excel file upload to websites on a schedule *requesting approval of proofs from owner of business *maintaining mailing lists *processing leads that have opted out of mailings *formatting lists before sending to mail companies *producing reports that show response rate, lead quality (using data from our Podio CRM), cost per lead, and cost per deal. This is a job that requires accuracy and attention to detail. You will be responsible for mailing 10,000+ pieces of mail per month. IMPORTANT: Applicant must include evidence of previous experience in this type of role when submitting proposal. Reports from other projects, Mailer proofs from other projects, reviews left from employers asking for similar work, etc. Good English is a must.
