Develop module for prestashop

Hello I have a project going on. I need a module done. It's a module that allows manual payments on prestashop, that is rather quick and easy. This module needs to be enabled for customers to pay with points (the value of the point will be provided) so the transaction can be calculated on its own if the customer needs to pay with points plus cash if they dont have all the points needed, Further information can be given, its a rather simple module, ETA given by our usual developer is of a week and a half with a set cost. I am putting the range of up to 750 since we cant select another option but we will not go that high as its truly a simple module and we are only outsourcing since our developer is away for a while and had given us a set cost. If the project goes as planned, we have 35 other projects we'd like to welcome a freelancer to the team to work along our current developer and programming team so it is also a way to test the freelancer and see if he is up to getting a lot more projects in the future.
