Design and coding a template for Portal-Website

Hi guys, so i am redesigning my real estate website and so looking for someone who can get the job done. Only the home page should be redesigned into keeping the responsive template and perfectly working. So the project would contain: - Template redesign from original into Trulia design identically including the order of the ads boxes - Getting the ads boxes also redesigned like on Trulia - The script has a banner options so set up a banner to work perfectly with css Those are the main activvities for this project which should get done but i could also have some small requirements which of course i am willing to pay additionaly. I am looking for long term coder/developer/webdesigner who speaks excellent English, who knows how to get things done and who is willing to respect the deadlines. Candidates who can code/develope/redesign Apps will be preferred. I am willing to pay fixed price for each project offered.
