customize megamenu module in magento2 theme

I would like a customization made in a theme's module that creates a megamenu. As you can see in the image, there is a pencil icon which opens a modal box. The modal box allows you to insert widgets and raw html but it doesn't have a Show / Hide editor button. I would like for it to look like in 2nd image so that I can use all the wysiwyg options allowed by Magento 2. If you're not interested in doing it within budget please don't bid. I will ignore other bids and I don't appreciate people bidding and trying to raise their prices after.
