Create Wordpress Plugin: Video to Sidebar Upon Scroll

Please see the functionality of the CNN link above. 2. Please see the attached graphical mock-up. Functionality: The plugin will give the ability for the user to post a YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia video to a page or blog post, via a generated short-code. The video will be mobile and page responsive. The video title bar (as seen in the mockup), including the logo, font-size, font type, font color, and bar color must be definable from a back-end interface. Upon play and scroll passing the defined "break point" (again, as seen in the mock-up), the video will be transferred to the sidebar with a fade transition and continue playing from the same place in the timeline. The video will remain in the sidebar acting as a floating sidebar widget, as the user scrolls up and down the page. If the user scrolls back above the "break point" the video will return to its normal position and continue playing from the same point in the timeline. The video contained in the sidebar also must be page responsive and size itself depending on the width of the sidebar. In addition, when the video "break point" is passed and the video moves to the sidebar, the place where the video moved from will be replaced by an image. This image must also be able to be defined on a per video basis, from the back-end plugin interface. The video in the sidebar will also need to have a video title bar, and title. Both of which will be able to independently define the logo, font-size, font type, font color, and bar color from the main video within the back-end interface. The video title will be truncated at 37 character spaces (i.e. "This is the video title and it will...") The main video, sidebar video, and the image must maintain the aspect ratio of a 1080p video (1920x1080) The plugin must be uniquely coded, and cannot use code from any other source. We want a unique method developed. This plugin, if coded correctly should function with a wide variety of Wordpress based themes and will be tested prior to project completion.
