OVERVIEW
Website created. My website will be relatively simple to build. I am starting a club for anyone to participate in the joint ownership of Feature Films with excellent income return potential. I will select developer that has excellent skills in DB, design, SEO, project management, marketing ideas and financial/banking matters. Developer must be timely in delivery of secure and safe website.
RATING
I have a perfect 5-star rating on FL as an employer and have done about 100 projects so when it’s time to pay, I pay fast and even bonus great work. Since I have worked long and hard at creating this perfect profile I will not consider anyone under 25 perfect stars so if you are new and bid I will remove.
PRE-FUND ACCOUNT
I will always have account prefunded and milestones ready to release, as you provide timely delivery. People who work with me do not get ripped off and can expect bonus of your excellent work.
COMMUNICATION
I am also an excellent communicator and will work with you every step of the way but I need a sharp developer that can assist me in each phase and really knows what they are talking about. I have a good eye for design and the look and feel.
WEBSITE PROCESS FOR USERS
- User visits website
- Signs up as co-owner with email, user and password
- Can contribute as little as $25 to upcoming movies
- Aggregate amount raised in database shows on first page
- All monies placed into a bank savings account
- No monies are used until predetermined amount is reached. If goal not met user can withdraw their monies
- User has zero risk to participate
- User must provide proof of age as a participant and provide age as some of the films will be R-Rated
- User must sign non-disclosure document and electronically sign
ADMIN PANEL
- Admin panel must have ability for me to change content, add / delete videos, upload images, pdf's etc.
- Send email or smart phone updates
- Ability to control virtually every aspect of my website
MARKETING & SEO
I will greatly appreciate your advice on creating site with good SEO. Also your skills of marketing ideas, such as FB, and getting others to tell more people.
ADDITIONAL INFO
I am assuming a fair number of bidders already have similar sites/db created whereby, you simply use your template to create this… Greatly minimizing your efforts. If you do, could you please provide links that would help me to make my decision on selection of final bidder(s). This site would be similar to micro-funding strategies used on K-Starter and others but we will not use any monies until stage one funding is complete by goal date, otherwise all monies are returned to user.
