Convert Product Records and Upload to Woocommerce

We need a Woocommerce expert that can format product files for upload from our legacy POS system, which is NCR Counterpoint. Our projects involve uploading products in NCR Counterpoint to WooCommerce so we can use FooSales in store as our POS. All products need to be on WooCommerce and accessed by barcode on FooSales (or secondary item search if barcode does not exist). The project will require: Properly format records for upload into WooCommerc. Upload parent records into WooCommerce Upload product variables into WooCommerce Phase 1 is having the products available for POS. Phase 2 will be our online store where a limited number of products will be available. For each item, we need, at minimum, name/description, price, cost, category, vendor, barcode for each attribute combination (eg size color), on-hand quantity (at barcode level). We will add a cost of goods plugin. We have around 2,000 product items we would import into Woocommerce. the data files/tables involved in data from Counterpoint are noted below. These can be viewed on dropbox at this link: [login to view URL] IM_ITEM = Item Master IM_BARCOD = Barcodes stored in grid, barcodes are unique to size and color. IM_INV = Qtys for single items IM_INV_CELL = Qty for gridded items IM_GRID_DIM_1 - grid (variation dimensions, but this is also stored other places) IM_GRID_DIM_2 - grid (variation dimensions, but this is also stored other places) IM_GRID_DIM_3 - grid (variation dimensions, but this is also stored other places) IM_PRC = Prices of items if you use more than one price per item. - don't think we need this. I spent some time mapping data from CounterPoint to WooCommerce, and documented in CP-WC Data Map file in the dropbox folder. There are also defaults we need to add in columns unique to WooCommerce.. CounterPoint columns are on row 1, the corresponding WooCommerce fields are on row 3. Notes are below. The item_no field is a unique parent record. I think it can be used as the SKU. IM_ITEM contains information on item, we store price and cost here for all variations. Grid/"variation" data is there too, such as "size" and "Color" The data for that is in IM_BARCOD, We also need on-hand for all items, that is in IM_INV (for Normal (Simple) items) and IM_INV_CELL for variable (gridded). we'll do a full inventory once up and running When this project is complete, all products and VARIATIONS will be loaded into WooCommerce and accessible through our FooSales POS for effectively processing orders.
