Advanced Security – There will be different control panels based on the roles of the users and system users will only be able to check the Complaint coming from their area. User Management – Admin will have the facility to create users from the admin panel. Area Management – Admin will have the facility to manage and map country, city and pin code. o City Management •Add City •Update/Edit City •List/View City Detail •Activate/Deactivate City
