Compay site with internal log functions and training pages route

The site must have a classic structure with company pages (example: home with slider, mission, contacts, our job, what we do and so on) into a responsive envoirment based on a given graphic design in PSD (Photoshop). The pages must be built in a easy way to deploy newer for the future. Language is PHP based on Lavarel Framework (preferred). Just a simple site untill here. In a reserved area there will be two scenarios and kind of users: 1) Users 2) Admin Users, once connected, will be redirected into a page where to get a choice of the location they must see. Entered the selection a route selection will follow. Once selected, the user must have a sequence of information pages (a counter and a next button that appear only after a certain nr. of seconds) to be sure every information has been read. After this, a sequence of videos will be shown to the users. At the end of each video the user must sign (a flag?) to have seen them and the site must log it. Finally the user is redirected to the page from where select another location. Every pages visited must be shown in a different colour. In the admin area an administrator must be able to see who sow what and have also a print version of that. Every item visited must be logged. The goal is to understand if a user have seen the whole sequence of pages and videos configured for him. A mail at the end of the process must be sent to a configured administrator. It’s mandatory to have a user management, a group management (a locations/routes/info pages/video management) and the possibility to assign for each user or group locations, information pages, videos.
