Collect Data with APIs and Sort/Visualize

Collect two public data sets, one for physician activity and another a database of physicians. Assemble this data in one platform where I can search for individual physicians and see any of their performance numbers. Includes filter function and data visualization. Ideally uses a free or low-cost existing platform. Can also accommodate additional data sets such as demographics, etc.
The goal is to see information about individual physicians or to seek physicians that meet certain criteria.
